We are now looking for an Agency Manager to help elevate our clients, our team, and our agency to the next level.'
The Role
This is not a basic management role.
You will lead strategy, oversee execution, manage team performance, and ensure every client receives structured, results-driven marketing aligned to real business outcomes.

You will play a key role in shaping the future of TMJ as the leading marketing agency in the joinery space.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and oversee structured 6-month and 90-day marketing strategies
- Define measurable goals, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
- Ensure clarity across organic, paid, and lead-generation campaigns
- Translate strategy into actionable execution plans
Campaign & Performance Oversight
- Oversee quarterly organic campaigns
- Lead Meta Ads and Google Ads direction (in collaboration with specialists)
- Ensure clear reporting on social, ads, website, and lead performance
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data and insights
Client Experience & Account Leadership
- Lead client strategy meetings
- Ensure clear communication and transparency
- Identify growth, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively manage at-risk accounts
Team & Freelancer Management
- Manage Junior Content Team lead & internal team
- Liaise with paid ads and web development freelancers
- Maintain clear project scopes, timelines, and KPIs
- Deliver structured feedback and performance direction
Content Excellence & Quality Control
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, audience needs, and industry relevance
- Stay ahead of social and digital trends
- Maintain strict publishing and review standards
- Elevate creative quality across video, messaging, and positioning
Process & Innovation
- Refine scalable internal processes
- Improve documentation and workflow systems where necessary
- Research and implement tools that enhance productivity and results
- Contribute to service development and agency innovation
Who You Are

Experience in marketing for joinery, trades, construction, or B2B industries is highly advantageous.
